I've been using the Institut Esthederm E.V.E Serum for over two months now, I thought it's about time to give you all an update on my skin and my thoughts about the product.
If you read my blog post here you'll know I only purchased this after watching Huda Beauty's video (I'm so easy right?) and introducing microneedling to my skincare routine (a total game changer by the way!). If you have no idea what the product is and does, I definitely recommend you catch up with my first post before you continue reading this post...
To remind you, this serum is ideal for those wanting to restore and rejuvenate the skin. This product helps renew skin a lot faster than other skincare products do. It takes around 3 weeks for you to start seeing results and it's ideal as an intensive 4-6 week treatment.
I don't have active acne anymore however I had a few scars leftover. During lockdown I haven't been able to have my microdermabrasion facials which have helped me a lot, so I had to look into doing something else in the meantime aka microneedling.
Since I've been using it on my skin after microneedling, my skin has definitely improved a lot. My skin is smoother and the texture of my skin has drastically improved. Let's just say at the beginning of lockdown I was putting on a little concealer before my work Zoom calls and now I don't need to because I feel much more confident with no makeup.
The serum penetrates very quickly into the skin and after applying it you do feel like the skin is a lot more tighter, so it's great for anyone who has aged skin and fine lines. The glow you get from using this is unreal.
As I mentioned in my last blog post, you only need the smallest amount, so a little will go a long way and this serum would last you around 4 months or so.
It definitely gets a strong 9 out 10 from me as I've seen fast and positive results from using it regularly.
