OOTD | All White Party

Image from ASOS
I am in love with ASOS' maxi loose blouses at the moment. As you saw on Monday I recently wore the black V neck loose blouse which falls down past your knees. I actually got my tailor to cut the blouse as I felt it was too long to wear with flats, so I'll be sure to post an updated look on how else to wear it. I wore this white collar maxi blouse yesterday to work in the crazy heatwave we currently have in London and honestly it was such a good choice. It's so comfortable and covers all of the right places. I teamed this up with a statement necklace from Zara, white skinny jeans with a fold up and my Zara pointy shoes which I purchased a year ago or so.

Soap & Glory | Glow All Out

Please excuse the watch tan line! hahaha x
I’ve only ever tried one Soap & Glory makeup product in my life which was a couple of years ago. I recently picked up the Glow All Out highlighter from Boots. It’s actually called a luminizing face powder, but it’s basically a highlighter. I’ve got a love for highlighter at the moment, and I love using different ones each day especially as we approach summer just to achieve that natural glowy look and of course to ensure my contour game is on point.

The colour of the highlighter is a lovely peachy pink. Don’t stress as it’s pretty much neutral once applied and blended, and it would definitely be ok for all skin tones. The powder has a nice fine shimmer to it and isn't too much or too little, it’s just right. I apply this on my cheekbones just above my contour for everyday wear, however it can also be applied on the brow bone and also on the eyelids. I was watching Huda Beauty’s latest video featuring make up artist Sellma and she actually applied highlighter on the eyelids before applying full on eye shadow – great tip!

Glow All Out gives you a nice subtle glow without looking OTT and looking like a full on glitter ball! I would say it’s probably one of the best highlighters I have at the moment. It comes in a compact with a mirror which is super handy, as more highlighting palettes or products miss this practical part. I think it’s also a great product for beginners!

The Soap & Glory Glow All Out Face Powder is available from Boots for £11.

Last but not least, a friend of mine has just started a new makeup blog called Your Make Up Bible which focuses on makeup basics including tips and tricks! Definitely check out the link above and also the Facebook page here.

Which Soap & Glory make up products would you recommend to me?
