London the past week and a half has been HOT! And if you're travelling on the London underground to and from work, I feel your pain! I definitely have more clothes for autumn/winter than I do for summer, and then I have a wardrobe full of holiday clothes which aren't suitable for work. The struggle is real girls but I have some great tips on what to wear to work for you...
1. Culottes are great for hot weather as they are loose trousers which allow your legs to breath but also look super fashionable. You can get different type of culottes; some which are high waisted, tailored and some that cinch your waist. Culottes are so versatile and are perfect for work whether you're wearing pumps, heels or trainers!
Favourite Store: Zara & ASOS
2. Over Sized T-Shirts are my go-to! I remember one summer I lived in over sized t-shirts from Boohoo and tucked them into tailored trousers, wore them with leggings, and even skirts!
Favourite Store: Topshop & Boohoo
3. Shirt Dresses are perfect as they are suitable for work but can be dressed up or down. Whether it's a cotton dress or denim dress, they both are so comfy yet stylish for work and tend to keep you cool unlike a fitted sundress.
Favourite Store: Lipsy & ASOS
4. Jumpsuits & Play Suits are probably my most favourite thing about summer. Whether you're into fitted or loose playsuits, they make a lovely chic outfit for work. They keep you cool and also you can get so many different types depending on your preferences; sleeveless, cap sleeves, short sleeve, short or full length, culottes or tapered.

There are so many options when it comes to outfits for work, it's all about digging out those staple pieces out of the wardrobe and co-ordinating them well. I hope this helped give you some inspiration for your outfit today!
